Uppercase Winery was realized to focus on our passion for the South Okanagan terroir and its ability to produce exceptional, world-class wines. We achieve our goals through meticulous vineyard practices and precise management, combined with a winemaking style that embraces the newly emerging Okanagan wine region, while paying respect to old world tradition.
Our tasting room and winery are currently located at the District Wine Village, located just North of Oliver B.C. While a visit to the District Wine Village is a unique experience itself, we would be happy to host you at Uppercase Winery to provides an insight into our vineyards and winemaking style, while exploring our new releases.
It has always been important for me to be involved in the entire story of a wine; to understand where it has come from and what it can become.
Guided by the vision of our founder Bert Evertt, our consultant winemaker Pascal Madevon combines over 30 years of intuition and technical knowledge to beautifully express our unique estate vineyards in each bottle. From the decision of when to harvest each vineyard block, to fermentation in French oak tanks and extended aging in new oak barrels, each stage of the winemaking process uses the same meticulous consideration and attention.
